There is no doubt Elements has gone from strength to strength since starting out in 2019.

Services have been provided to multiple primary and secondary school’s across the west midlands. This has included the west midlands police VRU team, Inspirational talks for professionals on how to better connect with children and young people, not to mention endorsements from FosterTalk UK and the Inclusion expert.

Elements has now formed a partnership with Warwickshire county council. We will support 50 children & young people, with their social & emotional mental health. This is not only an outstanding achievement for Elements as a SEMH service, but also, it is an achievement for all children in care, who are looking for inspiration, in what may seem to be a lonely world.

Elements is a pillar of optimism, compassion and inspiration to all children and young people, who may feel lost or rejected. We would like to thank the following people for their contributions in making this project happen, John Coleman (Assistant director for children and families) Rachael Boswell (Children’s Commissioner) Heather Stack (Project lead for WCC) Sharon Shaw (Service manager) Caitlin Burrows (Permanency Social Worker) Sarah Grantham (Elementor at Elements).

Together, we have ensured 50 children & young people across Warwickshire, will now be given the opportunity to be supported by Elements as we attempt to melt more ice.
